Order your yearbook now to ensure a copy. The price of the first book to participants is $35. Additional books or books for non-participants are $40 (additional proceeds go directly to Jump for the Cause). Make checks payable to Carolyn Dufur. Shipping within the US is included.

To place your order, complete the order form below and return it with your payment to the yearbook sales table or send it via mail to Carolyn Dufur, 1411 W. Covell Ste. 106-208, Davis, CA 95616 by November 1, 2009 to guarantee you receive a copy. PLEASE NOTE: If a minimum order of 200 books has not been placed by that date, we will have to cancel this project and your money will be returned with our apologies and thanks.
